Energy Building Ltd provided full Mechanical & Electrical design consultation to ‘Uptown Leeds Ltd’ a division of the Rushbond Group, on their impressive and highly ambitious refurbishment project ‘Crispin House’. The property was originally an old factory before being sympathetically converted to over 90 residential units including an awe-inspiring penthouse suite and basement car park with gymnasium and shell & core retail unit.

The scheme presented many challenges and had previously fallen foul of contractual difficulties before Energy Building was appointed. Aside from providing M&E Consultation, Energy Building also provided SAP Calculations and Domestic EPCs for all apartments and SBEM calculations for the retail section, along with site inspections, utility applications, and a watching brief through to completion.
