Leeds City College, Printworks Campus - £multi

Energy Building Ltd was appointed by ‘The Printworks Leeds Ltd’ a division of the prolific Rushbond Group, to provide initial Mechanical and Electrical Consultation and specification for strip out works required to bring this historic and much cherished piece of the Leeds landscape up to a standard whereby Leeds City College could acquire it from a shell & core stage scheme. The project was delivered and the acquisition made successfully.
